You will receive our detailed Operations Manual, which contains our established standards and procedures. This manual will be your guide for everyday operations and it will serve as a solid foundation to follow.

Marketing Assistance

We will provide assistance with the development of initial and ongoing marketing campaigns. We will help you with some of the best strategies to make sure that everyone in your community knows the Spartan Gyros® name!

Ongoing Support

As a Spartan Gyros® franchisee, you will be part of our family, and you will receive ongoing support as on-site visits to boost your business, regular consultation in operations and marketing, and continuous guidance to run your business.

How much money can I make?

You need a commercial space in a high traffic location from 900sq ft to 1400 sq ft able to seat from 10 to 12 costumers.

Approximately how long is the process from the moment I sign until the moment I open my franchise?

This process can take over 4 months. It is important to highlight that there are many procedures to follow after signing the Franchise Agreement, like signing a lease, getting blueprints approval in the city where you will open your store, construction, certificates and other aspects that do not depend on the brand.

Do I have to be a chef, or learn how to cook?

To become a SPARTAN GYROS SPECIALIST, must have at least 6 months of related industry experience.

Will you train the store’s employees?

Initially, you must have two full-time people working the business, one of which must be you. One must be responsible for business operations and management; the other must always be a Certified Spartan Gyros Specialist (SPARTAN GYROS SPECIALIST). Both of you must successfully complete our initial training program. We will decide whether you and your SPARTAN GYROS SPECIALIST successfully complete the initial training program based upon knowledge test results and our observations of your ability to use the knowledge effectively.
